It's hard to choose one, as a win is always a big win, but the biggest wins are in my opinion, when you take a side when everyone else takes the other and you end up getting the win against everybody. This has happened to me a good number of times in my career and I can remember for example my Game of the Year in the NBA season of 2007/2008. I took Boston (-3) in a game at Atlanta in the last days of the regular season and even with the line dropping from -3 to +6,5 (!), Boston still won by 10 points and I won my GOY in that game.

The hardest losses are always the ones you lose by one point or when you take the under and the game goes to overtime. This has unfortunately happened to me a couple of times and it's surely a big loss when you study the matchup, you take the under, the game goes exactly how you predicted it and then the game goes to overtime and it ends up being over thanks to that.

Betting is a question of value. All teams are good to play or fade in certain circumstances. However it's always good to play a top team in any sport when they are the underdog.
