Relationships
Without a doubt, at the end of the day, you are only as good as your word.
As people, we are imperfect, in an ever evolving imperfect world.
So more than ever, we must focus on those things which we still control.
In my line of work, there is so much at stake...beyond the money.
My clients count on me and my best efforts to make their lives more fun, and financially more secure.
It is a massive responsibility. They tell you never to mix business with pleasure, but the fact is, most of my clients have been with me for the long haul, and have become friends, compounding the pressure to perform. I can live with losing a game, or a client, I have a hard time disappointing a friend.
The first and most important precept in business is customer service.
Unlike your doctor, we never disappear and leave someone on call. We know how important it is to have a consistent familiar contact available at all times.
The average tenure of our staff and account executives is over 7 years. We don't look at our client base as Kleenex or something that is recyclable. Our clients, as well as our employees are people, and that's how we treat them.
Relationships, at least successful ones are a two-way street, based on open dialogue and facile communications.
We make it easy for you to reach us…on line, by text...and of course my phone is always on... Relationships.
